I cannot even begin to describe the horrible experience I’ve had with FedEx. I called them to schedule a pickup because i received extra packages of the same product by accident (heavy boxed bed frames). FedEx managed to somehow get my address, unit number, buzz code wrong FIVE times. Everyday I’d call to ask about the scheduled pick up that was supposed to happen between 8am-6pm and every single day they said oh the driver came but there were no packages - YES YOU HAVE TO COME UP TO THE APARTMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE HUGE AND HEAVY BOXES AND I AM TINY AND WEAK, I CANT BRING THEM DOWN. Or oh they didn’t have a buzz code or a unit number - YES THEY DID!!!! I confirmed it with them every single friggen time and they said they got it. Maybe their driver has a personal vendetta against me that I don’t know about? I cant come up with any other explanation tbh. Oh my god. I usually never leave bad reviews even if the service was not pleasing but this really got me. I dont recommend their services and I wish I didnt rely on them this time. I ended up contacting the original company and they’re going to have to send their drivers all the way from St Catherines to come save me. Extremely disappointed in FedEx. This was a horrible experience that I do not wish upon my worst enemy (Dramatic - but I mean it!!!)

I would give them a 0 start rating is I could.FedEx has been doing nothing but jerking me around for the past month. I received a delivery of my package at the end of June, which was open and not by customs (customs will put a sticker and forms). The package that was being sent to me included my bridesmaid dresses and shoes for my best friend's wedding at the end of August. To my surprise, my dresses were missing and only my shoes were in the box.I filed a claim the same day I received the package, only to find out 3 weeks later, that as the receiver that I cannot until the shipper waives their right to claim. It took 3 weeks because my claim was misdirected to the wrong department and the case agent was on vacation, so no one did anything until they returned. I have now had the shipper submit the claim and waiting for a response.I have also been invoiced for FedEx to clear my package as it was coming from the US. I called into FedEx to dispute the charges as I don't find it fair that I have to pay for something that they lost. I was transferred 5 times to numerous departments this morning, only to be told by the escalations team that there was nothing they could do and I had to email my dispute to another department.As a result, I'm still waiting for something to be done as the claim by the shipper has not been reviewed and my email to dispute the invoice has not been looked at.Avoid the frustration of shipping anything with FedEx.

It's 5:27pm on a Sunday and the store is closed. It's supposed to be open from 12pm-6pm. I have been calling since 3pm and nobody answered. When I called Purolator they ensured me that it was open and that they must be busy. If I could give this business a 0 I would. It's snowing very hard out and I came outside to get my package. Don't use this business!!!!!

Purolator advised this would be the closest agent for me to pick up my parcel. I was advised and a note was made on my behalf that I be called for pick-up once my parcel arrived. Unfortunately, Photo Fast did not call to let me know if my parcel was ready and when I called to confirm its delivery they were very rude. The person I spoke with was unwilling to look for my parcel or assist me because they received too many packages. He advised me that they received more than 200 parcels the previous night (which I find difficult to believe) and therefore they were not required to contact customers. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I will continue to use Purolator; however, I will go through a different agent from now on.

I didn't expect that this little quaint shop on Lawrence would be where I would find such great customer service. I had to get things done with little time on my hands and Sylvester was so generous in his time and efforts to help us! I really can't sing his praises enough! Thank you, Sylvester!

I have a small package delivered by FedEx from 03/29 from us to Canada; it has been delayed for three times about more than a week. It is very hard to know for what reason made it happened. And first delivery was failed for not able to connected with receiver, but we were waiting for it at home for whole day.

Glad to have found it. Open later than most other courier outlets.

Customer service is terrible. Very rude people! Never go there again.

Very helpful staff, provided all options and recommendations for shipping a parcel ASAP. A small wait since there was only one person staffed at the time, but was courteous about assisting both customers.
